University of Campania "Luigi Vanvitelli" (Unicampania) comprises 16 Departments, of which seven departments constitute the School of Medicine to deliver higher education and support research activities in Medicine and other biomedical sectors. Unicampania promotes collaborations with other public and private institutions to enhance public engagement and technology transfer, promoting basic and applied research to the economic and social system.
